This notice explains the public website contact flow. It is not a membership agreement, a participation waiver or a completed youth-programme consent process.
Contact enquiries
The contact form asks for your first and last names, email address, an optional area of interest and your message. Required fields must be provided for the form to send. Submitting sends these details through the website's mail-delivery service to info@balirugbyclub.com so the club can receive and respond to your enquiry. Website hosting and email-delivery providers process the request and message as part of that delivery.
Youth enquiries and updates
For a youth-programme enquiry, a parent or guardian should contact the club first using their own contact details. Do not send a child's identity documents, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information through this general contact form. The form does not itself enrol a child, give media permission or complete participation consent.
The website newsletter signup is not connected. Contact the club if you would like information about updates; sending a general enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.
Website technology and external services
Pages on this website load Umami analytics from umami.kevinerasmus.qzz.io. Browser requests to hosting, analytics and external font or code services involve technical request information, such as network address and browser headers. The presence or absence of cookies does not mean that no information is processed. This notice does not claim that all website traffic is anonymous.
Following an external link or choosing a third-party communication service takes you to that service's own environment. Its handling of information is separate from the information you send to the business.
Correspondence and retention
Sending a message produces correspondence and delivery records. This website notice does not establish a fixed retention period or promise automatic deletion from mailboxes, providers or backups. Ask the business using the contact route below about the records relevant to your request and their retention.

The public contact page lists Debes Stadium, Jl. Mawar, Delod Peken, Tabanan, Bali 82121, Indonesia. Club membership, child-data, safeguarding and participation arrangements should be confirmed directly with the club before joining.
